Following the news that Bread Street Kitchen will be opening in Singapore, we've been eager to find out what the London spin-off has to offer once it opens sometime in April or May next year. After Monday's press conference and live audition for Bread Street Kitchen's intern, we were treated to a preview of dishes that Gordon Ramsay may serve at his new restaurant. Bread Street Kitchen Opens in Hong Kong While we're still 7 to 8 months away from Bread Street Kitchen's opening in Singapore, the restaurant has opened its doors over at the Lan Kwai Fong district of Hong Kong - Gordon Ramsay's first step into the Asian Market.
