Prepare to be all smiles as The Fullerton Hotel brings you an exciting line-up of your favourite dishes from Thailand from the 28th May to 7th June 2015.
Besides a wide array of fresh crustaceans and Western and Asian delicacies available at the buffet at Fullerton’s Town Restaurant, widely acclaimed Thai Chef Chumpol Jangprai will also showcase his culinary skills with a variety of dishes, including classic delights such as Yah Nua (Grilled Beef Salad), Gaeng Kiew Wan (Green Chicken Curry), and Tom Khai Gai (Thai Coconut Chicken).
For the dessert menu, expect authentic and traditional items like Tum Tim Grobe (Water Chestnut in Coconut Milk and Syrup) and Kao Neaw Dum Piek Pheuak (Black Glutinous Rice with Taro).
On the 30 May 2015, 20 guests will enjoy the privilege of an up-close and personal cooking class with the chef himself at The Lighthouse Restaurant and Rooftop Bar (S$88 per person), followed by lunch at the same indulgent location.

Chef Jangprai’s creations with gourmet barbeque selection and free flow Tiger Beer and Singapore Sling (2 hours): Wednesdays to Saturdays, $89 per adult and S$44 per child
Chef Jangprai’s creations with an international and seafood selection: Wednesdays to Saturdays, S$69 per adult and S$34 per child.
