Start off your new year with new heights at Spago, situated at the 57th floor of Marina Bay Sands Tower 2. Diners can enjoy a 3-course dinner at the Californian restaurant, which includes signatures such as Holland Milk-Fed Veal Chop (pictured) and Pan Seared Red Snapper “Laksa”. Afterwards, if you’re in the mood for booze, head to the Terrace for some drinks. All dinner guests can enter the Terrace for free. Don’t forget to stay sober for the spectacular fireworks display. New Year, New Beginnings…at a new restaurant? Enter Meta, Keong Saik Road’s latest hip addition, serving Contemporary Asian cuisine. Diners will get to savour an eight-course tasting menu, which includes staples such as Wagyu Beef Tartare with Pear Kimchi (pictured) and Oysters topped with Ginger, Pomelo and Lemon. Save room for delectable desserts such as the Cheesecake with Blood Orange and Meringue. Price: $148++ per pax
