It’s been three days since the week-long Dilmah High Tea Café Challenge amongst nine participating cafes concluded. Pastries were served, teas were brewed, creative pairings were savoured and concepts carefully scrutinized by our three judges: Dr Leslie Tay, Daniel Ang and Adeline Tan, who went round the island for an exciting high tea trail. So, who won the “tea off”?

The Results

Congratulations to Carpenter & Cook for coming up tops! With that, the cafe's representatives will be heading to Sri Lanka for 5 days in November to attend Dilmah's School of Tea, visit the Tea Lounges and learn about tea mixology and gastronomy.
