If you haven’t tried the burgers at Wildfire Kitchen + Bar at Evans Road because of its inaccessible location, you can no longer make that excuse. Wildfire has recently opened its second outlet named Wildfire Burgers, at 313@Somerset, where OpenRice was invited to host a tasting session with our members!
Located at the ground level of 313@Somerset, Wildfire Burgers sits prominently along the stretch of outdoor pubs and bars. Its interior boasts a dim and cosy lighting, perfect for couples on a date night.
Most seats are alfresco, aside from the bar seats where you'll get full view of the bartender shaking up cocktails through the night.
Well-known for its premium and juicy burgers, the specialty Black Ebi Burger ($19) scored a rating of 4.2 out of 5 points among our members and did not fail to meet our expectations!
Held between charcoal bioche buns, the breaded prawn patty was succulent and tender, paired with yuzu kosho mayonnaise and squid ink aioli. Not forgetting those tasty and delicious fries on the side, of course!
For all you truffle lovers, draw your attention to the Truffled Mushroom Burger ($23). Prepared with premium and high quality beef patties, beer caramelised onions, sautéed mushrooms, gruyere cheese, truffle oil and truffle mayonnaise, the burger also comes topped with Wildfire’s signature master sauce.
Serving portions are extremely generous here, so we'd recommend sharing a burger especially if you're a smaller eater.
The Southern Style Fried Chicken ($13) is my personal favourite dish, which scored 4.2 out of 5 points. Pair this crispy and savoury delight with Wildfire’s Craft beers! We ordered a pint of Four Pure (UK) ($14) and Lost Coast (USA) ($14), both of which tasted pretty light and fruity.
For the spice-lovers, we think you'll like the Sriracha Glazed Fried Chicken ($13).
If you’re looking to add on some sides, try their specialty fries! Tossed in flavourful curry spices and cooked to golden brown, Curry Fries ($9) was the crowd favourite. Other options include the tongue-numbing Sichuan Pepper Fries ($9), as well as Chilli Cheese Fries ($15).
Head over to Wildfire Burgers and savour their wide range of full-flavoured, toppings-ladened burgers!
