So many top picks here like their Jumbo Spring Roll and Homemade Tofu
There were many popular and signature dishes on the menu, so we started off our dinner with mouth-watering appetizers like the Chicken in Prawn Paste (top left) and Jumbo Spring Rolls (top right). After some fanfare with the cameras of our members, the plate was completely wiped out. Other delicious dishes like the Fried “Kway Teow” with Gravy (bottom left) and Homemade Bean Curd (bottom right), which were specially recommended by the boss, received many thumbs up too!
You can’t afford to miss the all-time favourite Fried Prawn with Oats
When we asked for a vegetable dish, the boss was quick to recommend the Stir-Fried Vegetables with Meat (top left) which had a nice crunch factor. Meat dishes like the Sweet and Sour Pork (top right) was delectable but the Black Pepper Beef (bottom left) has more ‘wok-hei’ just like how the old-school tze-char should be. However, that did not out rival the all-time popular seafood friend, the Fried Prawn with Oats (bottom right) from being the favourite among our OpenRicers for the night.

It was an evening of fun and communal dining over a sumptuous feast of Cantonese fare. Our OpenRicers left Wing Seong Fatty’s Restaurant with all smiles on their face and we were lucky to have the boss to take a group photo with us too!
