The xiao long bao skin thickness is just right, thick enough to hold all the soup of the xiao long bao and yet not too thick until it affect the taste of the xiao long bao. The Xiao Long Bao is still piping hot and I had to eat it using a spoon as I don't want to scald my tongue with the soup.
