I had breakfast at yakun again. I cannot help myself but to order their eggs because they serve the best soft boiled eggs in my opinion. I have already “burst” one of the yellow yolk, but before that, the yolks come intact and are perfectly large and runny. My soft boiled eggs at home almost always had the egg yolks burst when I cracked it open, so I am always very happy to dine in and have my soft boiled eggs at ya kun because it is always perfect. To my surprise, they also sell barley Water. or silkly barley as they call it. the barley was indeed soft and silky, with a generous amt of barley and barley skin.
