Went dinner with friend after class. Nan Hua Chang has got to be one of the best fish steamboat in Singapore. The key to the this great steamboat is their soup. It is very sweet and clear. Plus when u put in the fried sole fish, yam etc - it really is a great comfort food. Fish was fresh and soft. Remember to ask them to refill the soup as food will get burnt when there are too little soup.
