Koka Wanton Noodles

The FoodI ordered the wanton mee with lots of chilli sauce as I heard from my friends who eaten before say that the chilli is more spicy and salty than sweet compared to other stalls' wanton mee hence I decided to try this out. The sauce is delightfully flavorful and blends extremely well with the delicious and springy noodles. The char siew is lean and tender and the dumplings are big and tasty. There is something strange about this wanton mee stall in North Bridge Road Food Centre. Firstly it starts business only after 8pm and secondly its signboard isn't lighted up when it starts business. Yet when I went there for dinner last Friday, I was surprised to know that people have started placing their orders as early as 7pm and there were more than 20 people waiting for their noodles by the time it's 8pm. It's my fav NO 1 wanton mee ,i bring a lot of friends to try & they love it too This stall have weird timing,they only open at 8pm & only open for 4hours & forever super hyper long queue ,The shortest that we waited was 30mins & the longest was about 1 & half hour for a bowl of wanton mee:(Their noodles are much thinner than those other stall that i tried Very QQ & tasty,the potion is quite small but they give a lot of sauce for the wanton meeThe sauce is abit salty but still tasty & blend very well with their noodlesDumpling is big & tasty while char siew is fresh & tender I don't mind wait for 1hour ++ for such a delicious wanton mee overall i rate 9/10…Read More
