Blissful moment when eating breakfast with my dearest, it was just a simple traditional meal though. Toast Box embarked in warm and nostalgic concept, committed an enjoyable experience for diners. Conveniently located at Junction 8, the shop was flooded early in the morning. Classic decoration, the place was comfy spacious and neatly clean. Ordering was done at the counter, we were given a number plate while waiting our food.Greeted by freshly brewed Milk Tea, I sipped and it was very soothing for my throat. Stirred well, the taste was just nice to drink. Bitten into Kaya Toast, the scrumptious fragrance was burst out at my mouth. Little crusty bread wrapped within, the sweetness of Kaya and the savory of butter was a good combination always. Having to say, the butter was generously thick with Kaya which very moist in between. Half-boiled egg came along with the set too, best eaten while it was still hot. Portion wise, it was completely enough and satisfying. Affordable to dine here, Menu offered at Toast Box was suitable to elderly as well as children.Read More

One of the best laksas I've ever had! Homely-rich flavor with silky consistency. Not too spicy - acceptable level. Unlike laksa from other places, Toast Box laksa uses mouse noodles - not yellow noodles $6.10 for a set of laksa & barley drink! Home-made Barley drink tastes just as great as its laksa. Warm barley drink would definitely taste better than the diluted iced version.Read More

It was time for a snack in the evening, since I was out in the heat all day. SO I went to toast box & ordered for a Bundung with pearls costing about 2.1 $. It had loads of ice in it,it was chilled, really sweet & very refreshing, especially since it was a hot day in Singapore. The 2 favourites of mine from toastbox are Bandung & iced/hot milo.Read More

I went to Toast Box for breakfast where I ordered the peanut butter thick toast. It costs $1.80 for a thick slice of bread spread with a thick layer of delicious peanut butter. I like the softness of the bread in the middle and the crispiness of the crust. The service is efficient and you don’t have to spend a lot of time waiting. Read More

Toast Box went through renovation and had been separated from Bread Talk. Now It's side by side with Ramen Play instead. With more tables after renovation, there seems to be more people now. Me and hubby ordered our usual favourite for breakfast - Half boiled eggs with milo, peanut toast and floss thick toast. I like their thick toast as compared to the traditional toast bread. They toasted it very crispy and provide a very generous spread of peanut / floss on top of all the toast. Left me very satisfied with the breakfast!Read More

Coffee is a good way to complement lunch or dinner, it is definitely a good way to complete a meal. Instead of having coffee in the morning, i usually like to have it after lunch. And, the coffee from Toast Box is my regular choice for coffee. But, the standard of coffee varies from outlet to outlet and whether you get good coffee or not, it depends slightly on your luck on that particular day. But overall the coffee from Toast Box is pretty good with the well-balanced of coffee powder, sugar and milk level. Recommended. Read More

This outlet at Junction 8 has been revamped and relocated. The Coffee is still the best! However, the Mee Rebus gravy lacked taste and the toastwas really cold.I will still go back, though, to enjoy the coffee for its rich aroma and addictive taste!Read More

I love chillin' at toast box!Ordered peanut butter toast instead of the pork floss one this time to try..The peanut butter is rich and thick, complements well with the thick and fluffy toast... yumms. The eggs are also not bad! Goes well with the toast and not forgetting my favourite yuan yang~I think its pretty affordable for a <$5 meal. Furthermore, the ambiance at this outlet is really good.Read More
