There's 2 different types of hokkien mee, 1 is the dry kind and the other will be the wet kind! And of cuz I prefer the wet kind better. The savory broth of the noodles just blends in so well with all the other ingredients used! Having it served to me piping hot is the best thing for either lunch or dinner! And believe me after the first mouth it just keeps me going for more!
