I ordered the salted egg crabs from this zi char stall to celebrate my mother's birthday. I ordered 2 medium sized crabs and both tasted quiet meaty and fresh. The crabs were fried with butter, salted egg yolk, chilli padi and curry leaves to give it the taste and flavor. It has got a nice creamy texture.
