I usually eat lor mee at hawker stalls and this is my first time trying one from a food court! I love my 'lor' to be thick, dark and super starchy but the one from this stall is miles apart from that description. The gravy is too light and I had to add in lots of garlic and vinegar to enhance the taste! The ingredients are quite little too.
