Rong Kee specialises in roasted meats, so I decided to try their char siew wanton noodles today. For $3, the amount of char siew given was generous. The meat was tender and well-caramelized, with a mix of fat within. The noodles were cooked till springy and the sauce flavoring was quite ok as well. Actually, I will rather they do not give any wanton and just focus on the char siew. The wantons were pitifully small and had almost no meat.
