I wonder why it took me so long to find this gem. It is at a deserted part of smith street market, same section as the famous Ikan Bilis Yong Tau Food. I was drawn to the smell of fish soup and fried hor fun. When i saw the fire that erupted from the wok while the uncle was frying the hor fun, I knew that this will be good! I know this will certainly achieve the wok hei taste that is unfortunately absent in most hor fun these days. Anyway I order the bittergourd silce fish hor fun. It was certainly a deliciously addictive meal! Will be back to try the other dishes.
