For my bowl of you mian, the soup base was quite tasty although funnily it had a bit of ginger taste to it. And true enough, I discovered a sliver of ginger in my soup. Perhaps it dropped in accidentally since they also sell fish soup? Ginger aside, generally the bowl of you mian was alright and above-average in taste.
