At Yuhua Village Food Centre, there was a yong tau foo stall which sells yong tau foo not only with noodles but also with zhu chang fen.After choosing the yong tau foo items, you just tell the stallholder you wanted zhu chang fen. The stallholder will cook dry for you.Some of the yong tau foo items I chose were freshly deep fried, hence the ngor hiam and the egg plant tasted crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
