Visited House of Seafood at Punggol Settlement for the first time and it was really good! The braised whole abalone was super tender and soaked up that rich oyster sauce perfectly — definitely felt like a special dish. The lobster in the chef’s superior broth was fresh and comforting, with a nice depth of flavor, though it was a bit pricey. The steamed prawns with minced garlic were simple but really tasty, juicy and packed with flavor without being too overwhelming. And the oyster omelette on the hot plate? Loved the crispy edges and generous amount of oysters inside. The whole meal left me feeling really full and happy. We also had the homemade prawn balls, scallops with asparagus, and claypot braised sea cucumber with mushroom, all were super yummy 😋. 这是我今年第二次去这里用餐吃饭。第一次去是今年农历新年的团年饭。那时候订了8人套餐。上了一桌的菜,有螃蟹,鱼,虾吃的我们一家人饱饱的。服务态度也不错。今天晚上因为是周末也是长假期,所以我们一家人又订了一个桌子。今天也点了螃蟹米粉汤,辣椒螃蟹,蒜蓉辣酱炒虾,炒面线还有姜葱炒鹿肉。第一道菜是螃蟹米粉。这只螃蟹有3kg重。肉质鲜美细嫩又肥厚。蟹膏有多。所以煮出来的汤非常鲜甜。雪白的蟹肉配上米粉的味道。真的是天堂的口感。第二道菜是新加坡的国民美食辣椒螃蟹。这道菜香味扑鼻。螃蟹也很大只。蟹钳有我的手掌那么大。可想而知它的肉有多肥美了吧。还有配上油炸的馒头沾上了辣椒螃蟹的酱汁。酱汁的辣和馒头的油香酥脆的口感也是一种绝配。蒜蓉辣酱炒虾也好吃。虾头的虾膏一咬下去,虾膏在你的嘴四处喷射到你的口腔,真是有够厉害的。虾肉和蒜蓉的味道简直就是缺一不可的搭档。它的虾相当新鲜,我连虾壳都吃光。炒面线也不错,因为面线不容易炒的好吃。功夫不到佳还有火候不足很容易面线就糊了起来。姜葱炒鹿肉也不错。我很喜欢吃姜和青葱。拿来下饭真的不错。结账时大概是$500 新币。价钱不算便宜但是还是蛮公道的。侍应生服务态度很好,因为我们吃饭的人很多。经常帮我们换餐具。环境又干净卫生。又有冷气所以用餐的感觉舒服凉爽。我想今年母亲节的时候可能又会到这里用餐吃饭了。大力推荐大家来试试这里的食物吧!…Read More

Worth trying! The food is reasonably priced with a spread of variety. Food was delicious and luscious! Great service too, polite and courteous, able to fulfil all my small request.
