Personally i like my chicken tender and moist. That's exactly how this hawker stall serves their chicken. Drenched with fragrant sesame oil and accompanied by a large bowl of lotus peanut soup, I'm quite pleased with my plate of chicken rice. Unfortunately, the utensils were kinda oily and WET.
