Chen Ji Ke Jia Niang Dou Fu (Closed)

This Yong Tau Foo stall at Clementi Food Centre opening hours are quite strange. They only open at 1pm and soldout before tea time.There were long queue before opening time and i was one in the queue. I had chosen about 10 items and ordered dry with sweet sauce.The sweet sauce tasted very good. It was not too sweet or too salty, just right with fermented bean taste.The yong tau foo items tasted good and fresh. They had deep fried the items. Since there's a free shuttle going to 'Clementi' during lunch hours, I have decided to hop onto the bus and do a bit of travelling and exploring.I ended up giving this 'Hakka Yong Tau Fu' stall a try.The chewy noodles gets better and better when you mixed it with the chilli and tomato sauce.The rich in colour ingredients are pretty fresh and delicious. On top of that, the taste of the meat paste that are stuff into the the individual ingredients are blending together nicely. As for the sweet clear soup itself, it does come with a nice taste of 'Soy Bean' but it's not strong enough.
