Having my lunch with my colleague, we used to take a heavy lunch. For today, I opted to Chinese style Zi Char stall located nearby my office. Aroma SeaFood Restaurant was a decent eatery all the time, Menu was extensive yet price was sensible.A sudden craving for vermicelli, luckily it was available. Slight burnt and smoky, overall was still considered okay. Stir-fried with pork, egg, beansprouts and fish cake, tiny lime was placed aside to enhance the taste and cut down the greasiness. The portion was a bit insufficient, but the price was cheap, only $3.50 for mine. Read More

Located just opposite SPH building, it was a common dining place for office employees during lunch. An established foodcourt, the place was clean with tables and seats well arranged. Huge and pretty signboard, Aroma Seafood was famous around this area. I headed towards the stall and ordered, ladyboss was busy preparing and serving customer. She was friendly and secretly told me that she gave me priority as I was taking away the food. Choices provided were a lot, I end up settled mine with rice set. Fried Tofu with mushy gravy, assorted veggies represented various nutrition. The mixture was not too salty, taste was about perfect. The dish was $4.00, I pay additional $0.50 for one bowl of plain rice. Portion was generous, indeed very filling. I shall try out others next round. Read More
