Fu Yuan Dining is a lovely spot tucked away in Clarke Quay. The unique tableware added a nice touch, and the noise level was just right for a pleasant meal. The food felt different from typical chain restaurants, flavorful and thoughtfully prepared. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and portions were just right. Went there with my family for my wife's birthday, tried quite a few dishes but my personal favourite is the marianted raw roe crab.
