There was many choices when came to lunch, decided for something soupy today. 505 Fish Soup was quite famous around the area, queue was unavoidable. Stall was small and sweet, clean in appearance while neat in arrangement. Lining up was lengthy but cleared fast, waiting time was roughly 15 minutes.The quality relied heavily on the soupy broth, natural sweetness from fish was delightful. Peppery seasoning coupled with seaweed and bitter gourds, reasonably fulfilling soup. Noodles were flavourful
The quality relied heavily on the soupy broth, natural sweetness from fish was delightful. Peppery seasoning coupled with seaweed and bitter gourds, reasonably fulfilling soup. Noodles were flavourful springy, went very well with fresh ingredients. Silky smooth in texture, fish was tender without soggy overcooked. Taste was decent delicious, saltiness was just nice for my liking. Generous serving was satisfied, price was $3.00. It was a friendly hawker for a casual lunch, certainly great ideal for healthy lunch.
