It's been sometime since I had last saw the die hard fans queuing outside 51 Soya Bean Stalls, perhaps novelty had died down since these bean curd pudding is easily available everywhere.This 51 Soya Bean shop which is opened under the HDB block shared the same stall space with the handphone as well as clothing business. Bought a bowl of original flavoured beancurd over breakfast, it was not smooth as expected with some inconsistency on the top layer but it was sweet and soothing. Dig the plastic spoon into the wobbly bowl of beancurd and enjoy every scoop of it. There are also mango flavoured as well as durian flavoured beancurd.
