Introduction
Established in 2021, 55 Degree Celsius aims to offer a variety of specialty coffee, starting with our collaboration with two local coffee roasters namely Sarnies and Tiong Hoe Specialty Coffee. To add on to the companionship of coffee, we hand picked several pastries and desserts, from the truly loved cookies of Folks and Stories, to locals' all time favourite - butter croissant and many more, allowing our customers to enjoy a range of bakeries and pastries along side with their beverages. Not forgetting our tea lovers, who will be able to enjoy their selections of tea from Singapore's oldest tea producer - The 1872 Clipper Tea Co. Running on a kiosk concept, we seek to create opportunity where people can connect over a cup regardless of the place that they are in.
