For full experience write up & photos, please visit my blog: http://www.aspirantsg.com/food/paradise-inn-thomson-plaza-upper-thomson-road/singapore or follow me on twitter for food reviews: https://twitter.com/AspirantSGWe order the small portions versions of 4 dishes. The first to arrive was Crisp-fried crystal prawns in wasabi mayo sauce. The prawns were fresh and crunchy. Wasabi mayo offers just the right amount of kick, not too much to make you reel. Great dish, only complain was the quantity of prawns. Cost around $14 bucks and just a few prawns.Next came Sauteed baby kailan with oyster sauce. Loved the crisp sound the fresh veg produce with every bite.Chicken with honey & young ginger came in small bite size drumlets for easy sharing. Sweet, savory coating on the fried surface with tender meat underneath make this a really suitable finger food.Pan fried egg omelette with preserved turnip. The dish is rather ordinary, can give it a miss.I ended my meal with Red Bean Soup with Glutinous Rice Ball (Peanut filling). The rice ball looks as though it has been cooked or soaked for a long time. Bloated & slimy, should not have ordered this.Overall the main courses are ok, rather pricey for the portions that’s served. My friends liked their desserts, guessed its just bad rice ball day for them. You may also like to check out my posts on other delicious food places http://www.aspirantsg.com/restaurants-cafe-eateries-food-list-singapore continue reading

My hubby and i decided to bring the whole family to Paradise Inn for dinner. We went the the branch at Thomson Plaza since we are going around there to visit one of our relative. One of the dish that we ordered was Braised Tofu Pork Floss in Mini Wok. This is one of my favourite dish but too bad my hubby can't take tofu as he had gout problem. My hubby's favourite dish in Paradise Inn is always the soup. Definitely, we will always support Paradise Inn and will go back there to dine. continue reading
