For every month, TCC would come up with different designs of High Tea Set at approximately the price of $15++ inclusive of tea or coffee. I have almost never failed to try their High Tea set every month. And November's set was designed in a way in conjunction with December festive season. Adorable presentation aside, the food was good. I like their scones very much, but this was a chocolate chip scone unlike the usual cranberry scone I had for the past few months. I didn't like chocolate chip much as it was too sweet for me. The macaroons were, too sweet as well, and so I left them untouched. On the other hand, the savoury ones tasted really good, especially the one with the meat chunk on top It was all altogether a delicate assembly of festive delights that will satisfy your palate definitely! Yeah Like continue reading

I was here with my friend the other day because of their 1 for 1 lunch. We were expecting the food here to be pretty decent.Rib eye with black pepper sauce and potato. This is my friend's dish and nothing is fantastic about it. the potato is a bit too hard to his liking too. The sauce can be more rich in taste. Was so disappointed with this dish. the spaghetti sauce was quite tasteless. i could not even finish it. Overall, i will not be returning to TCC for their mains, will only be here for desserts. continue reading

TCC is always a good place for a meal or just desserts; their menu is quite extensive and offers mains like fish, pastas, snacks, etc. I decided to get the Beef Brisket Baked Rice - which had chunks of stewed beef brisket in it. The sauce and melted cheese went well with the baked rice, and the beef chunks were rather tender. However, like other baked rice, this was very filling, so it's better to order one to share, along with other snacks for small eaters. continue reading

TCC has many different types of cakes available for both dine in and takeaway. We tried a takeaway cake this time, the chocolate truffle raspberry one. The cake was very decadent and rich in terms of flavour, and the raspberry taste was nice and complemented the strong chocolate flavour well with some fruitiness. Yet the cake sponge was too average in terms of taste with no strong flavour on its own. The mousse was what saved the day. continue reading

FoodGolden Idako is "shiokingly" good. While waiting for our friends to join us, we ordered this plate of fried idako. The sour taste plum like sauce is perfect blend for the soft fried idako. It may seems soggy after deep fried but its really good. Presentation wise, they are served stacking altogether in a cup. $10.80 well spent!Baby Crayfish Salad for $15.00 is one of my favourite dish too. Crayfish are fresh. Leafy greens are good for health... Forget about the mayo and cream sauce it used. It is definitely worth one calories. Deluxe Snack Platter is a good choice to start with especially eating with more than 1 friends. This plate costs $16.80. It has a variety of the fried snacks. Calamari are good, cheese sticks too. A contented meal we had!Red Hot Chicken Spaghetti is delicious. A plate of it costs $19.00. The taste of the sauce doesn't over power the spaghetti, not too salty and perfectly suits our taste buds.Mint Choc Frappe is good. It costs $8.50. You will have your mouth filled with Chocolate and some cooling effects of from the minty leaves. Some compliments from the staff for being regular.ServiceStaff are friendly and quite prompt in their service. Morever, they will go over to the customers and gather feedbacks of the food.AmbienceLove its environment. A very good place to chill out considering a Friday evening after work! PriceConsidering the service and food TCC provide, it is sometimes good to pamper oneself with such food especially over a gathering with friends. Chit chat sessions and so on...Recommendations / TipsMember discount card has 15% off. continue reading
