TCC is my favourite place for gatherings and good food. Some may not feel so, but I do think the food standard at TCC is good, they serve really delicious pasta and mains, and I love their drinks too! My only lament is their prices are on the high side, $20plus on average for a pasta. So I always make use of the GSS 1 for 1 promotion or during my birthday month where I enjoy 50% discount as a member! My all time favourite has to be the Mentaiko Spaghetti with Salmon Tataki. Smooth and tender pink salmon with a picture perfect sunny side up, together with the rich and flavourful mentaiko sauce on the spaghetti, it is just tantalising and finger licking good! Just love this! The Red Hot Chicken Spaghetti is quite spicy for my level as I cannot really take too spicy stuff. I did not really like tomato based pasta, so this is not my cup of tea. There are quite a bit of chicken chunks, but it really proved too spicy for me!Another of my favourite is the Seafood Aglio Olio. I aways ask for less spicy, love the seasoning of this pasta, especially the garlic! The scallops and prawns are fresh and tasty too. This is aways the must-order item in TCC too!We cannot go without the Potato Wedges with cheese dip everytime we dine at TCC too. Lovely and tasty golden brown wedges dipped in their very yummy cheese sauce, it is the perfect snack! The snack platter includes the mozza sticks, onion rings and calamari rings, a good choice if you want to try each of everything! This bizzarely named dish is actually tortilla wrap with mushroom, toufu and spinach. Not nice, it tastes as bizzare as the name! The tortilla is hard and the fillings in the wrap tastes very raw, the feeling is as if I am eating grass!I dont really fancy the desserts at TCC. I feel that their food is better than their desserts. Didnt really like this Puffy Triplets too. Chocolate ice cream tucked in between three puffs on top of a quite dry cake, nothing too special or tasty, just normal. Love their food over their desserts though, and the drinks are something worth ordering too.      continue reading

Always love to eat cheesy baked rice and was quite delighted to find out the baked rice from TCC is also very delicious as well. One of my favourite choice from their food menu will be the cheesy shrooms gratin. The generous amount of grated cheese added in it certainly has make the rice very fragrant and moist in texture as well. Lots of sliced mushrooms are topped on it which added that extra chewyness to this delightable main course and also taste even better too. The rice is very fragrant and not too soggy. Simply too good to be describe. continue reading

The only reason my friends and I ate at TCC for lunch was because of her birthday month 50% discount! All in all, it was incredibly worth it to eat at TCC at half the price because the food is really awesome. I ordered their Red Hot Chicken Spaghetti ($17.50) as well as a Hazelnut Frappe ($7.90)Red Hot Chicken Spaghetti: Although it was not spicy enough for me, the portion was generous and the sauce was well-seasoned and tasty. The chicken bits were tender and the spaghetti was soft yet chewy. Recommended! 9/10Hazelnut Frappe: This was not as good as I expected it to be. The hazelnut flavour was pretty distinctive, which was fine with me but I did not like the blend of coffee and hazelnut. The coffee taste could have been stronger. Not a bad choice 8/10Thanks to the 50% discount, this meal only cost me about $15! continue reading

I visited on a weekday afternoon, peaceful ambience and food was served pretty fast. The TCC has always been one of the restaurants I enjoy due to one particular dessert called "Dark Devotion". It's a warm chocolate molten lava cake, small as it is but yummy like crazy! Look at the chocolate oozing out on the upper right of the first photo!Another dish I tried was the shrooms ragout, I think that's what it was called. That one was alright, nothing great. Similarly, the spaghetti was just slightly above average, nothing to really rave about. The prices have gone up from their beginning days though so it's no longer my favourite haunt. Instead it has become a place I go to only for that particular dessert and not so much the main meals. continue reading

I really love TCC for their simple but divine slices of cake. I had the chocolate cake which was really moist. The amount of fudge was just right and it tasted bitter sweet which gave me the right amount of sugar rush I needed. I love the ambiance of the place which always makes me feel at home. The staff are always friendly and approachable. They are really polite when taking orders and have always made me feel so welcomed! This is definitely one place I like going to after a stressful day continue reading
