This is the first time that I am trying the carrot cake from coffee bean. And it was a great disappointment. The carrot cake was dry and the taste was rather blunt. It was lumpy in the middle and cold. The ingredients inside are nuts and carrot. I was expecting more from Coffee Bean. Paying $5 for a piece of cake and getting this kind of result is really upsetting. Don’t think I will try it again anytime soon.

I love chilling at coffee bean with my friends after a day of shopping. This time we decided to go over to the outlet located at resort world sentosa. Wise choice made, the cafe was not full and we manage to get a good spot. This time, i decided to try the green tea ice blended, and it tasted really nice for me, since my friend don't like the taste of it. And as usual, we ordered a slice of tasty cheesecake to share.

We ordered the utlmate breakfast set, scambled eggs with salmon, pancake and egg ben. Each set comes with either coffee or tea, you can also top up to get blended coffee like latte or machiatto. i ordered caramel machiatto, which was aromatic and not too sweet. Out of the 4 sets, i like the scrambled eggs with salmon most. The scrambled eggs are well cooked and blended well with the slightly salty smoked salmon. The beef patty of the ultimate breakfast set is being cut too big and thick, though it tasted not too bad. I also find the salad which comes with each set (except for pancakes) very good. The salad comes with cranberries, and the lettuce is crunchy and fresh. Overall i think it is delicious and economical breakfast, a good breakfast choice in the area.

The Coffee bean at RWS is probably one of my favorite outlets. The service crew there are one of the friendliest and are extremely polite. The ambiance is really nice as well. It's usually quiet during weekday mornings which makes it an ideal place to catch up on some reading. One of my favorite drinks is the iced chocolate with coffee. Its the perfect combination of coffee added to chocolate which does not make it too heavy. Another must try are the cheesecakes. They are really creamy and I'm absolutely in love with the crusty base.

Has anyone tried the low-fat, frozen swirl yogurt from Coffee Bean?Wanted to get something healthy and cold on an extreme hot day and decided to try the Peach Mango flavored yogurt with almond flakes. (Regular - S$6.50)One taste and I immediately know it’s not the normal fat-saturated cream but healthier, low fat cream.The peach mango flavor makes it refreshing and appetizing. What best it comes with almond flakes, making the eating process crunchier. It has many other flavors and toppings to go with which I will try them one by one.
