As ABC food centre is near where I live, I always buy my meals from the stalls here.Even though there are supposedly many yummy food here, I ALWAYS buy the fish noodle from this stall, it's really my ultimate comfort food! I always order either the fish mee sua or fish e-mee. Each bowl is served with some green veg, cabbage, tomato, tofu and sometimes bitter gourd. I really love their fish noodle and it's always my number choice! continue reading

There was no queue at this stall so I got my food pretty quickly. I ordered the Fried Fish Bee Hoon from this stall and requested for my fried fish to be put separately. The stall owner obliged happily. The fried fish were piping hot when served and the batter was very crunchy. The fish meat was soft and smooth and it tasted like dory fish. The soup was warm, milky and very tasty. I finished it all in a heartbeat. Will get the fish soup from here next time when I'm in this area. continue reading

Fish soup is such a comfort food for me, and I had to try the ABC market fish soup. The queue was pretty long. wThe soup was milky and slightly sweet, exactly how I liked it. The fish was very fresh, and didn't crumble despite being in the soup for a while. The garnish really upped the flavour factor of the dish, and the amount of vegetables in the soup also made it healthier (and easier for my conscience to stomach). I'd return to this stall in a heartbeat! The bowl cost me $3.50, which is quite cheap considering that the average price at shopping mall food courts can go up to $5 or $5.50. continue reading

This stall is located in the middle row of ABC Food Centre. There is usually a short queue at the stall but nonetheless, your orders will be taken quickly.I ordered the fish soup which comes with rice. On first look, the dull milky-coloured soup did not look appetising. However, when I tasted the soup, it was so delicious and naturally sweet from its ingredients, that I was thankful for the substantial amount of soup given. I slurped it all to its last drop! The ingredients in the soup include ikan bilis, tomatoes, vegetables and fish slices. All in all, this is a healthy delicious dish. Now who says healthy food can't taste good? continue reading

When all other food choices fail, I invariably turn to Fish Soup as my comfort food. What better way to coax the tummy than with a bowl of steaming hot flavourful soup that is chockful of healthy ingredients - Fish slices, Tofu, Wongbok, Caixin, Tomatoes, Ikan Bilis. The spoon was never devoid of ingredients whenever I scooped some soup up and it just goes to show the generosity of the cook. continue reading
