They burst into laughter at the instance when I told them this was Gui Fei 贵妃 Noodles and questioned if after consumption, would I turn into Yang Gui Fei (One of the Four Beauties in ancient China). But this was how the stall name the dish.

Dish preparations and ingredients were similar to Bah Chor Mee (Minced Meat Noodle) with minced meat, braised mushrooms and slices of mocked abalone on it. Pork Lards were added to enhanced taste.

Perhaps this is a new add on to their Fish Ball Noodle menu and was not illustrated on their signboard but rather written on an A4 size paper and pasted in front of the stall.

Overall, its price is abit steep but still worth it to find out what exactly a Gui Fei Noodle is.

Unfortunately, having this bowl of noodle had not turned me into Gui Fei yet.

A half bite Fu Zhou Yu Wan. More of the "Wan" and and miserable minced meat inside. However, this is how it goes in most hawker centre, and it still tastes good!

Service
Although it mentioned that it's self-service, uncle will still offer to serve you if you are sitting somewhere around his stall (even if its long queue). I should say he is kind enough and service is good. He mentioned to us that Fu Zhou Yu Wan needs some waiting time.

Ambience
Noisy hawker centre environment. Difficulties in finding seats.

Price
Reasonably priced for Fu Zhou Yu Wan.

Recommendation / Tips
(1) If you order fu zhou yu wan, you will have to wait for them to boil them as it is not prepared earlier on - they prepared base on your order. Simply because if the fu zhou yu wan boiled for too long, the fillings (minced meat) may come out.
(2) You tend to be thirsty shortly after the meal.
