The ramen here is served in pretty big portion and it was worth the price! Ordered pork kimchi ramen everytime I visit this place and I love the taste of the kimchi that matches well with the soup and pork! The egg was a bit overcooked this time though. You can order a full set with side dish and drink too!

I like their seafood ramen.. milky base and not too salty. Their cha siew ramen is too salty and the cha siew is too lean. Instead I like the soup of their seafood ramen, but sadly there is no prawns in it. The crayfish ramen taste rich, but quite oily. I like the side too, the fresh and crunchy prawn, though it is quite small. Service wise is reasonable. I still prefer marutama ramen that the noodles is springy and nice.

France and Spain was wonderful for our holidays but I was craving asian food soooo much. More like cooked food coz I realised caucasians seem to eat alot of cold food–salads, saucisson, cold bbq meat. I really miss hot stir fries and soups! It wasn’t the best choice at Ajisen for ramen but i rather liked the chinese styled bentos. I think I ordered the same stuff before as well. Lol. But it did helped to satisfy our asian food craving.

I ordered the pork curry ramen with a set meal with a side dish and drink (side dish is a plate of 5 pieces of gyoza). The gyoza tastes ok only and the pork curry ramen is not really very superb. However, it is worth the price since everything is at $13.90. The ramen itself costs only $10. You can order dishes from Fruit Paradise and Kazokutei as well if you dine in at Plaza Singapura.

After moving to harbourfront, we have tried ajisen ramen and this is the second time in a month we have ate here. ANyway, at plaza Singapura i saw this 'chinese' bento menu which i didnt mind trying coz it looks quite value for money. We ordered some side dishes--gyoza, fried chicken and a kind of minced meat compact into a rectangular shape, not too bad. Bf had the shoyu ramen which wasnt on the regular menu as well. Quite tasty but i found it a tad salty and oily. I ordered the chinese set with gongpao chicken and sweet and sour prawn.. found it quite good and very very filling!

I ordered CrayFish Ramen ($16.90 per set). Maybe my expectation too high, I would not say it was fantastic, but the soup was all right, plain and simple. CrayFish was fresh and Ramen itself was tender and smooth.

I tried Paiku Ramen ($14.90 per set) as well. The pork was acceptable for me, but I would prefer my choice, CrayFish.

Overall, Ajisen Ramen was awesome. We can find our satisfaction for our order.

Value for money - this is how I would describe the set meal from Ajisen. For a mere $13.90, you can get a set meal which consists of a ramen (serving is quite big), side dish (in which there is a huge variety) and a drink. Ordered the spicy cha shu ramen which I will recommend to those who love spicy food. The chili goes very well with the thick soup base which is kinda flavourful. The chef should have drained the oil before the prawns to the customers. Nevertheless, the food in general tastes good.

So in our Journey to finding a place to eat, My husband and I decided to eat at Ajisen Ramen during our 5th year marriage anniversary! It is a pretty big deal for us!

We came across Ajisen Ramen as we were strolling Plaza Singapura, and waiting for out movie showing. We had time to kill so we decided that our anniversary dinner will be spent eating at a Japanese Restaurant. I think we had such high expectations when we sat down.

We ordered their Char Siew Ramen and a side order of their California Rolls, because I love them!

The food came in no time at all, the service was great, except the attending waitress and waiters kept shouting "Welcome to Ajisen Ramen" when anyone comes close enough to their entry way. Which made me feel like I was in a Fast Food joint.

We tasted the Ramen and the California Rolls and we were not awed. It was just Ordinary, the taste of the california roll seemed lacking, as if something was missing. The Ramen was okay, but not something that I would crave for, in other terms, I've had better.

It is not bad, its just that they don't have the wow factor for me. I might go back to Ajisen Ramen some other day, but it is not a place that I would go out of my way for. It is a place I can recommend to my friends, if we are looking for a place to eat, and the restaurant is just there.

This is their Gyonza which is served while it is warm and the service there is good! There are good for sharing with friends as it is fried food therefore not to eat so much of those. It acts as a nice whipped up side dish to go along with ramen or other noodles available at Ajisen Ramen. There are sauce too if you would like to dip it into for extra taste to it! Yummy food.

The taste of the soup is so rich and delicious, yet it is not too salty or over flavoured. The noodles are moderately soft and chewy and the cha shu was yummy. It was sliced to the right size and the flavour of the soup reaches into it. Furthermore there was the egg, kelp seaweed and other side ingredients which further complement it.Always love the ramen at ajisen for its fragrant and richly flavour soup;D

We will seated quickly as we had make reservation earlier. The place fill up very fast as it was the weekend.
We order ; 1. Ton Toro Ramen
2. Tom Yum Ramen
3. Baby Octopus
4. Fried Toufu
5. Iced Lemon Tea
6. Iced Green Tea
The food came fast. abt 10 to 15min compare to other japanese restaurant.
Both the ramen they cook does not make the ramen soft or sticky.
The soup base for the ramen, abit blank. You really can taste the saltyness.
Like the baby octopus.
Fired toufu. just 2 pcs. Not so filling.
The last is our drink. Normal. Nothing special.
Overall. Good place for gathering, but change environment if my friend decide to go ajisen again.

However after the meals i had to drink lots of water because the soup of the ramen had too much MSG.

The price of the ramen is $16+ but then its worth the price because it comes with a side dish and a drink. the side dish i choose the white fish. The white fish is nicely fried and crispy
just that its a little blend so have to dip it with chilli sauce to enchance the taste

I am not exactly a fan of Ajisen but my friends are. Visited Ajisen again and this time is in Plaza Singapura. I ordered the normal ChaSu ramen. It costs me around $12. not really worth the money judging from the little ingredients they gave. i have definitely tasted better ones for a little bit more in terms of pricing. the taste of the ramen is just normal, not fantastic abt it.
