We had pork shabu tom yum ramen($14.90) & kumamoto ramen ($14.90) set with side dishes (choose one out of 12 items) cuttlefish & fish cake & 2 glasses of cold green tea. We ordered extra osaka ohsho cripsy gyoza. The gyoza fillings were very flavourful wrapped in a thin layer of skin. Best to dip the gyoza in vinegar before eating =) My hubby love the Cuttlefish very much as they were deep fried till very crispy! I love the fish cake as it resembles thai fish cake & are very yummy & chewy. Thumb

I love my pork shabu tom yum ramen. The pork shabu is sliced thinly, paired really well when eaten with the noodles & bean sprouts. I really don't mind eating this everyday

The kumamoto ramen is very yummy too. Thick flavourful pork broth, meat is very tender also. Probably too much MSG is added to the soup, we felt quite thirsty after the meal. Overall, the food is decent & we will surely go back to try other dishes again

Full of savoury taste and the richness of soup were appealing, warm as well as hearty. Generous spicy minced pork poured on top, the bowl was redly yummy. Noodle was thinly made, tender while soft to shallow. Meat was a little fatty and a little mushy on the other side, I like also the decent well-marinated egg. Yet, I found the combination of cabbage in this Ramen was weird, should be replaced by beansprout to make it better, in my personal opinion. Portion was filling enough, price was completely reasonable if compared to others. Catered to local appetite, I will visit it again.

The broth for the Cha Shu ramen is the same as the Seafood Ramen. The pork slices were a little bit tough and hard to chew, overall not outstanding.

The side dishes were the most impressive out of the meal. Both tempura and chicken cutlet were served hot and crispy, texture was alright and prawns were fresh. Very sinful when dipped in mayonnaise.

Have been patronize Ajisen since i was young. They serve pretty decent and affordable ramen. I tried something new this time - tomyum pork shabu shabu, which is quite nice. The spice is just right and i love those pork shabu shabu, very tasty. My friend had the char siew ramen which is average according to her. The chaw siew isn't soft enough though. Also we ordered white fish for sides and its super good! I always order this when I am at Ajisen. The fish is very tasty and fresh. taste even bett

This seafood ramen contains a lot of ingredients such as half an egg, squid rings, crab meats and toppings such as bean sprouts and scallions. The soup was not bad and had a strong seafood taste, it will be perfect if you are in the mood for a seafood broth. The squid rings were quite rubbery and hard to chew but the crab meats were soft and smooth. The noodles texture were somewhat between yellow mee and thick bee hoon, not too bad.

I always come here for the Ton Toro Ramen, which is ramen with strips of pork. The amount of pork given is quite a lot and I always end up giving some to my hubby (no complaints from him there). I find the ramen at Ajisen always having a very 'springy' texture and it's quite enjoyable to eat. Their Gyoza is not bad but not mind-blowing. This goes for the rest of the sides as well such as the sushi.

Aside from the main, the side dishes adds flavours to the ramen. As a ramen lover, the ramen there has great combinations for all types of taste lovers - no matter if you like spicy / add egg / add pork, it's simply delicious. Off peak hour visit are the best especially after the 11-2pm crowd. The restaurant when not packed has pretty good service. Ramen lovers do try

Decide to try something new and hence, ordered the Kimuchi Ramen which is basically ramen with thin slices of pork (instead of Cha Shu) and kimchi. I concluded that I still prefer the usual cha shu or spicy ramen as I find that the Kimchi doesn't go very well with the soup. Luckily, it is placed at the side instead of mixed together with the soup. This allows diners (like me who thinks that kimchi doesn't go very well with the soup) to remove it.

Dinner at Ajisen with a group of friends. i do not fancy Ajisen at all, the food there are expensive and quality is not really good. However, i go with the majority. I decided to try the crayfish ramen recommended by my friend. It cost me around $15 and i only have one small crayfish and thats all. so pathetic and expensive. Totally not satisfying at all. Wont visit them again.

Once again, the ramen from Ajisen never disappoint me as it is simply delicious! For $13.90, you can get a huge bowl of ramen, choice of your side dish and a drink. Ordered the seafood ramen which consists of scallops, crab meat (the crab meat is so sweet) and sotong. I will strongly recommend one to try it given that the soup is tasty and the chef is very generous with the ingredients. Being a prawn lover, I am also quite pleased with my side dish (the fried ebi).

I ordered the Volcano Ramen. The noodle quite chewy and the stock was thick and salty. We could not quite taste the flavor of the soup though, then I throw in quite a bit of chilli flakes to make the ramen a little more spicy. Overall the food is average. The service can be improved though as it was quite difficult to get the service staff's attention when we needed something. But I guess it was dinner time and thus, pretty busy time for them.

Craving for ramen? Everybody knows Ajisen Ramen! The photo is the after of me and my mother's meal. It was my mother's birthday and I brought her to Ajisen to try their food. I had char siew ramen while she had crayfish ramen (see the shell?).I would say their ramen is indeed pretty nice and the ambience is nice as well. My mother enjoyed her food too. Though she find it a little expensive for it's quantity.
