Lots of flavours can be found in this colourful hot stone rice. You get to enjoy lots of sliced kim chi vegetables, sliced pork meat, sliced onions, chopped spring onions, diced vegetables and fragrant japanese rice in it. Since it is in the hot stone pot, the dish is always kept the temperature hot so that you will enjoy the best of it. The chilli sweet paste in it is also very nice and fragrant, one of the best chilli sweet paste they have here for this dish.

Gathering with some gal friends last night after work. We have decided to meet up quite some time ago, but has postponed a few times due to some unexpected urgency at work.Finally we manged to meet up last night. We had our dinner at Ajisen ramen. I will not order spicy miso ramen again.

Wan to eat nice ramen must go ajisen ramen.There got lots of choices and those ramen is really nice.The softness of the ramen is just right.And those soup is also nice,not very concentrated.And it gots bit of pork taste.Maybe some people will not like it,but i like it,because it taste like the soup cooked by my mum.The ingredients they used are also fresh and much.So it is quite worth to spend $10+ to have a bowl of nice ramen.

Ordered the $13.90 ramen set meal with the cha shu ramen together with my choice of an ala-carte side dish, chuka hotate. The chuka hotate was palatable and seasoned nicely. When the ramen arrived, I was disappointed that the egg was fully hard boiled and not the ni-tamago with the runny yolk. However, it had 5 slices of cha shu inside, the most slices I've ever seen in a bowl. The soup base wasn't anything to shout about though. Just take it as a cheap fast food ramen joint.

The cha shu is nice because they use lean meat instead of those that has oily skin. This is the first time im trying out Ajisen's cray fish ramen. And my first reaction when it was served to me? It looks awesome! Well well, when i tasted it, it indeed tasted as good as it looked!
