位於 JW Marriot South Beach 的 Akira Back， 主打日本 + 韓國的米芝蓮fusion 菜。在店外面望入去餐廳是黑漆漆，略帶神秘感，同時望着餐牌也猜不到那些是甚麼樣子和味道的食物，這樣反而引起我的興趣。在職員的介紹下，我試了他們的 "AB WAGYU TACOS" 和"PERFECT STORM"。PERFECT STORM 尤其特別，蝦天婦羅 + 吞拿魚 + 三文魚腩 + CHIPOTLE MAYO 的卷物，估不到口感及味道會配合得天衣無縫及如此特別。 continue reading
