Despite the long wait each time when I visit Al Mahboob, the customers kept entering the door non stop.Even though, I went around 4 pm on a weekday, I had to wait for 45 minutes.An estimated waiting time during peak hours is about 2 to 2.1/2 hours. This indian rojak stall is always crowded with long queues during meals' hours. It took me almost half an hours before my food is ready for my pick up. Love all the items sold here as they are really fresh and delicious. Especially love the different types of fritters offer in this stall as they are all very firm and moist in texture. The sweet red sauce is also very appetitizin and goes really well with all the food items served here.

This Indian Rojak is a 'Must Try' if you happen to pass by Tampines Area. A popular stall located in this S11 food court for many years, with many regular customers and long queues. Their sweet spicy sauce is indeed very nice. The variety ranges of rojaks also is a plus points. Open daily from 12noon onwards. Stall close quite early as usually the foods are sold out very fast. My verdict: 7.5/10
