located in the heart of ang mo kio central is this hawker centre. There is only one stall selking fried kway teow, so you cannot miss it!this is the $3, there was quite a lot of crispy lard and the wok hei was very strong. Nowadays, with everyone watching their waistlines, and hawkers trying to be more muslim friendly, alot of these stalls tend to avoid using lard. But this shop is still very generous with lard and hence the Fried Kway Teow tastes very authentic.
