Springy thin egg noodles, tossed in a chilli, garlic oil and black vinegar sauce with minced meat, pork slices, pig liver and fried lardons. The noodles is flavourful, with just the right amount of sauce & vinegar. I love it dry with chili but just as many customers ask for soup as well. I can taste that the minced meat is very well marinated.Every ingredients in the bowl were just in harmony.

The FoodI ordered a bowl of minced meat mee pok dry. Topped with tasty servings of fresh minced meat, pig's liver and meat ball, the noodles are perfectly cooked with excellent springy consistency and coated with savory chilli sauce. I like their mushrooms and meatball the most as the mushrooms are well seasoned and braised for very long. The soup also sweet and nice tooThe PriceReasonably priced at $3 per bowlOverallI will definitely come back again and highly recommended to try this!

This stall still sells bak chor mee for $2.50! I like that their mee kia is slightly different from those offered elsewhere. Theirs is like a thinner version of mee pok (the thicker, flat kind of noodles). The noodles are cooked till springy with generous amounts of chili, vinegar and lard, just like how most Singaporeans like them. Ingredients given were reasonably plentiful and also tasty. Flavoring was done well too. A definite 4/5 for the taste Will re-visit the place when my bak chor mee c

bak chor mee is considered as one of the signature hawker food in singapore, and i certainly like it because of the mushroom! haha i am a mushroom lover!! The noodle is thin type, which i dont quite like. I prefer the broader type of noodle, like wanton mee in Malaysia. Anyway the sauce is okay, well seasoned the noodle. And the "bak" (meat) and fishballs given is generous too. A satisfying meal.

The noodles was smooth, easy to chew, and the home-made chilli was good. The ingredients were generous with awesome marinated mushrooms, bak minced meat, pig liver, and some garnish. somehow it lack of meat balls but im alright with it. The soup was good and you would not feel thristy (as alot of outlets added MSG into it).

overall: perfect if there are meatballs
