My first try of fried maggie noodles in Ananas cafe, with sausage and cabbage added. Well, it costs $3.20 in total which i think is quite expensive. Besides that, the food wasn't great. The fried maggie noodles was cold and dry, which makes it very difficult to chew and swallow. Same goes as the sausage, it was so cold and hard. They even forgot to remove the skin. The cabbage was hard and very oily. Every bite makes me feel that oil is splashing out from the vegetables! As for the environment,

As for the environment, the cleaner only removed the plate but not wipe the table. There are stains on the table if you look carefully! So not encourage to go there for food again!

A small eatery conveniently located at the Queenstown MRT. Besides the Malay local delights like Mee Goreng, fried chicken wings they also offer Chinese food like chicken rice.Chicken rice is two dollars a plate, three dollars for chicken thigh rice. Their roast chicken is a better choice than white steamed chicken. The rice was served warm and roast chicken was quite tender. There are a small area for dine in customers, few tables and stools in a cramped and warm area.

Had always been attracted by the delicious-looking Mee Goreng and their fried deep fried chicken wings whenever I walk pass a Ananas outlet near to MRT stations. Glad that there is an Ananas Cafe outlet at Queenstown MRT!They had renovated and there is a small dining area for customers who want to dine in. Will usually packed home instead. Oily sinful but nice food

The chicken rice at ananas is really cheap. For just a mere two dollars, you can get a fairly large packet of rice with reasonable amount of chicken. Their rice is very fragrant, not very oily. It is not too hard as well. the chicken meat is very tender, not very hard. The meat is not very oily too. I think for just two dollars, it is simply too worth it. The portion was just right for me.
