Takeaways are usually a quick affair, with minimal interaction with staff. However, when it comes to dining in, I felt that staff at Andersen's Of Denmark Ice Cream provided only a decent but forgettable service, bordering on slightly brusque.The menu selection at Andersen's Of Denmark Ice Cream is pretty good, but not very extensive. Sweet,ice cold desserts always works well for me especially staying in this hot and humid country. Walking around at Parkway, my old neighbourhood, friends and I wanted to have some desserts. This place is simple, and cozy with very limited seats usually people take away. We ordered Mango, Strawberry, Mint chocolate, Coffee.I love their freshly baked waffle cones , dining here for years I've never gotten a single stale one. We had dinner at home and decide to bring the kids out for a walk after dinner.. been a long time since we go Parkway Parade and so decide to go there.. wanted to have scoopz ice cream but it was replaced with uniqlo and so we walk over to Andersen's Ice Cream.. we decide to have our ice cream there and order the fondue to share.. personally I still prefer Häagen-Dazs ice cream.. I find Andersen Ice cream a bit too sweet... We decide to share the fondue.Biscuits, cookies and marshmallows to eat with the ice cream and chocolate sauce.There are also fresh fruits available to eat with the chocolate sauce. After months, I finally collected enough stamps to redeem my free andersen's of Denmark lifetime membership card! It entitles their members to birthday discounts and 10% discounts on all products. Definitely a treat! They also threw in a free scoop of ice cream when I submitted my visit card for redemption! I decided to go with macadamia on this hot sunny day. I was asked if I would like it in a cup or cone. I chose a cup as it was less messy :) I love the range of flavours available! The ice cream is not too heavy and definitely not too sweet either. The staff are pretty friendly and I must say, the quality of ice cream is top notch! I got a pretty huge scoop! I loved the chunks of macadamia found in the rich vanilla ice cream. well, we wanted to order some a la carte ice-cream but turns out the customers of the shop were eating chocolate fondue it was really worth it, we get to try a variety of small little ice-cream that can be coated with any amount of chocolate fondue you like. initially the fire was really tiny so don't be shy to ask for a change of candle, then there was free plain water too.the fruits are quite fresh even though we went at night, the biscuits was crispy and it was worth the money.…查看更多

Andersen’s ice cream is awesome! It also has promotion for tertiary students! How awesome is that! I tried the tiramisu flavour and I got to admit it is fantastic! Andersen's of Denmark serve really good ice cream, with a wide variety of ice cream flavours, toppings. I particularly like their waffles. They are served pipping hot, and when combined with the icy cold and smooth ice cream, it's just..superb! They tend to be a bit more pricey, but i guess their desserts are really of quality and it's indeed money well spent. …查看更多

My family decided that we are going to have andersen's ice cream log cake for our christmas cake! We ordered a few weeks in advance and on the day of collection, we head down and order a "couple fondue platter". It was YUMMYLICIOUS!!! Everything from the chocolate fondue to the fresh fruits to the ice cream, down to the mini waffle cones. It was perfect. You can eat it in whichever way you like. For example, scooping a mini bits of ice-cream on top of the mini waffle cone and dip it with some peanuts and chocolate fondue. My brother has a good time making his own "creation". The ice-cream log cake was yummy too.. The ice-cream was not too sweet, just nice for the elderly. Though the price can be costly, but i feel it is the quality of the ice-cream that matter most. We decided to drop by here for desserts after dinner since we had some crave for Ice cream.Tried a combination of four different favor (1 scoop each namely Vanila, honeydew, baileys and strawberries)Not very impressive for us. Their ice cream seem to melt especially fast.They server a small portion of chocolate fudge to pour on your ice cream.But in such way, i couldnt differentiate what flavor i'm eating (basically all tasted the same).Although it might be slightly cheaper than haagen or B&J, but I dont think i dont think I can differentiate well the positive side of Anderson's.Variety wise, I think not as creative as other established brands.Quite disappointing though.…查看更多
