Rojak is actually a mixed fruit and vegetable salad but to accommodate to Singaporean taste bud, you tiao, tau pok and even cuttlefish are added to the rojak that is being sold in singapore. Apart from the ingredients mention, other ingredients such as the sliced mang guang, cucumber and bean sprout added in the rojak help to give a crunchy texture. As for the prawn paste that has a slight thick consistency help to enhance the flavour and at the same time gives a sweet and refreshing taste. Overall, this plate of rojak is tasty and is worth a try.

Signature Dishes
This is one of the typical coffeeshop kind of popiah. It is pretty out of shape because I ordered takeaway, and has transformed into a triangle shape after putting it in the plastic bag. It is quite a small roll, good for a little snack or as a side dish. Taste wise, it is quite normal and usual. The layer of skin is not too thick, so you can taste the vegetables wrapped inside.
