For $3 a plate, I'd say is not one that I would return for. The Char Kway Teow was really normal. There isn't the wok taste on the Char Kway Teow. Nothing too fanciful about this plate of Char Kway Teow. Perhaps the successor of this Armenian Street Char Kway Teow lost the touch from the owner.
