There is always queue at this Muslim store. Besides their Nasi Ayam Goreng, the other favourite of mine is their nice Ayam Penyet.Ayam Penyet is one of the famous local food of Indonesia. The chicken is lightly "smashed" before or after its being fried. Their Ayam Penyet was quite tender. It was nicely fried and their crispy fried batter was addictive. You can enjoy the smashed fried chicken with their hot sambal chilli. The Ayam Penyet comes with fried beancurd and fried bean cake. You can get Ayam Penyet with white rice at $4 or Ayam Penyet with fried rice at $4.50.
