This stall actually sells fried chicken rice cooked in many styles. Like Penyat ayam, plain chicken rice, sambal chicken rice etc etc. I choose the sambal chicken rice, I should say for $4.00 the portion of the chick was generous inclusive the sambal sauce. The chicken had already been fried for a while, when I ordered the chicken was not hot. The sambal was too spicy for me to handle. Overall it makes a quick and fast meal.

I was at Maxwell for a quick lunch and wanted to try something different. This stall had a big display of crispy fried chicken and some awards posted, so I figured I'd give it a try.I do love spicy food, so I ordered the sambal chicken rice for $4. It's all made with the same crispy fried chicken, but you could also get it with sweet and sour sauce, lemon sauce, tomato sauce, or fried rice with fried chicken. It wasn't a very generous portion for $4 and there were a lot of bones in the chicken. It wasn't a very generous portion for $4 and there were a lot of bones in the chicken. While it was crispy, the chicken wasn't hot. It was around 11:30am so you'd think they'd be cooking fresh batches for the lunch crowd? The sambal was fine, but didn't rock my world like the sambal at ayam penyet ria. It wasn't fiery at all :/

I wouldn't order it again - there are better options at Maxwell!

I was working with a friend for Boat Asia and the company kindly got us packet lunch! We were delighted when we were greeted with takeaway boxes of fried chicken cutlet rice from Aspirasi Food Galore as they arrived. But as it turned out, this is not my new found best friend, the fried chicken cutlet was only so-so, let's say it was tasty but really oily and fattening, most of the meat were the skins and fatty parts. The rice grains were a little hard but overall, tasted better than the chicken it
