We needed to feed 200 people at an event and baker talent came to mind! Start at just 60 cents to 90cents for a bun, they are freshly baked and as we found out, they take orders!Ordered 200 buns from them and no deposit was required. They didn't ask for our contact and didn't contact us to confirm if we were coming to collect the buns. Ordered 200 buns from them and no deposit was required. They didn't ask for our contact and didn't contact us to confirm if we were coming to collect the buns. I guess they have good faith that we will turn up.
So we picked up all 200 freshly baked buns which made my car smell heavenly! If there was ever such a thing as a baker talent air freshener. This would be it!
1. Butter Boom 60cents
At just 60 cents this is their cheapest offering and it is a light fluffy bun with a buttery and slightly oily chewy filling. It's almost like biting into a hollow steamed pau.
Not much to see or nom on, but at 60 cents. It can feed the hungry and the masses!
2. Cranberry Cheese 90 cents
This has an actual filling inside the bun unlike the butter boom. A slight tinge of cream cheese and cranberries scattered across the exterior of the bun which makes this bun smell so delicious!
3. Golden sands bun 90 cents
This is their top seller and most well marketed bun, a Liu sha bun! With a buttery, salted egg filling and a sugared top of the bun, makes this everyone's favourite!
Look at the Liu sha! Kids and old folks can definitely still enjoy the fun in watching the viscosity of the fluid flow!
Everyone loved the buns and we had 200 well fed and happy people! Thanks to baker talent! $165 well spent!
