So we picked up all 200 freshly baked buns which made my car smell heavenly! If there was ever such a thing as a baker talent air freshener. This would be it!

1. Butter Boom 60cents

At just 60 cents this is their cheapest offering and it is a light fluffy bun with a buttery and slightly oily chewy filling. It's almost like biting into a hollow steamed pau.

Not much to see or nom on, but at 60 cents. It can feed the hungry and the masses!

2. Cranberry Cheese 90 cents

This has an actual filling inside the bun unlike the butter boom. A slight tinge of cream cheese and cranberries scattered across the exterior of the bun which makes this bun smell so delicious!

3. Golden sands bun 90 cents

This is their top seller and most well marketed bun, a Liu sha bun! With a buttery, salted egg filling and a sugared top of the bun, makes this everyone's favourite!

Look at the Liu sha! Kids and old folks can definitely still enjoy the fun in watching the viscosity of the fluid flow!

Everyone loved the buns and we had 200 well fed and happy people! Thanks to baker talent! $165 well spent!

Baker Talent at Clement. There is always a short queue regardless of day or time. The bread were all reasonably charged from S$0.60 - S$0.95. With those cheap price doesn't spelt less filling. I especially adored the Golden Sands bun which cost S$0.90. One bite and you can see the "golden sand" oozing out of the bun. Beware, eating this bun can be quite messy. This bun can be quite additive. Keeping them in the fridge for a few days does not lessen their attraction.Get me a bun now

Joined in the queue again to buy their good and affordable bread. This time I ordered a cranberry cheese bun and it only cost 90cents. When I received my order, it was just out of the oven. I was so hungry so I ate it straight away. The hot cheese and the bun tasted really heavenly. It was slightly creamy and was almost oozing out of the bun when you bite into it. The cranberry in there gave it extra sweet taste. Very good combination and very comforting piece of bun.

I like their best selling Butter Bun for 60 cents. It is creamy and not very sweet, tastes like cream puffs. The bread was so soft and the creamy custard inside just melt when you bite it. The breads are freshly bake and pipping hot too! I saw a few interesting flavors; Cranberry & Cheese and Bo Luo Bun! I shall try their Bo Luo bun when I visit again. Seriously, awesome buns

This bakery newly opened so got a promotion going on. Most of their breads got discount price. I tried a few but love the butter sugar bread the best. Each one is only 0.60 cents now. The bread is soft and fluffy with butter in the centre. I can taste the sugar on the butter. Their custard bread is also nice too. I always get a few whenever i come here. Their bread sold out quite fast so sometimes got to wait for their next batch.

I personally preferred the butter broom more but only because it was cheaper but it was also nicer. The butter broom has a strong buttery taste and the sugar spread on top make it sweet, moreover, it was fresh baked from oven. Whereas, the bolo bun was not nice, it lost out because of it texture and it outer appearance. It was soft (due to freshly made), but the outer appearance was brown and many cracked on it. As for the texture, the butter was not well spread as there was lump of butter gathered together, make the bread taste weird.

Still well maintained within a dollar limit. However if quality and ingredients have to be compromised, it would not be worth while.

However the queue here is forever longer, probably due to the high traffic at clementi.

While queuing for the breads I always hear people whispering and being curious about the long queue, so probably that’s also what attracted people to queue for it, other than the reason of the low price.

One thing I like it here is that because many people buy the bread, they constantly have new and freshly-baked-from-the-oven breads that never fail to tempt me to eat it immediately after buying it.

Like this time, the butter boom and golden sands bun just came out fresh and real hot from the oven. I had to wait for a while since it’s too hot to be packed into the bag.

I bite straight away into my Butter Boom bread and its really piping hot and I had to shift it around my hands due to the heat.

It has a crispy outer layer and after that came the soft and fluffy, puffy bread amidst the rich buttery and sugar-sprinkled flavor.

It is super delicious and the fragrant keeps tempting me to have another one xD

The texture of the bread is smooth and nice and does not feel dry to the throat.

I even gave my colleagues who rarely eat breads and I totally managed to convince them that the buns from baker talent are really tasty and delicious after they try a few bite.

It’s simply irresistible ;D

Sometimes while queuing for it, I do get a little afraid some buns would be unavailable but so far the experiences I got from this outlet is great, even if the bread I want is not place on the shelf, they would always say the bread is ready from the oven when I requested for that particular flavor.

However, one minus point would be that the butter boom from this outlet seems to have lesser butter. Unlike the butter boom I got from the serangoon outlet, I had to take a few more bites in before I taste a strong taste of butter.

Nonetheless, it’s still fantastic! Even though I’ve been having breads from baker talent for many days’ morning as breakfast, I still look forward to having it and am not sick of it.

And yes, it still tastes good even though I left it overnight till the next morning ;D

Service
Service is quick despite the incoming snaky queues.

Price
The price will beat the most of the bakeries hand downs as Baker Talent offers bread less than S$1.00, affordable & reasonable for breakfast especially.

Dive into the middle portion of the bun and it reminds me of prata bomb where the condense milk fillings are in there. These fillings are sweet with butter fragrance and the soft cloud light bun had actually cradled them up.

Service & Ambiance
No doubt that queues are undeniably long, they are fast moving and up to pace this round. Service is ok!

Price
The long queues doesn't tell a lie. The price is definitely pocket saving and of course the buns are exceptionally great!

Recommendation / Tips
Be in the queue early to avoid disappointments.

Salted Egg Yolk with custard bun is pillow soft and seems malleable. Made with a hole in the middle exposing its volcanic liked lava oozing out with some mini sugar rocks at the exterior had bought my interest in the bread.

Bread if Chewy given that it is fluffy and airy in the side despite the golden yellow fillings. How can this be missed for being a "Liu Sa Bao" Lover?

Ambience
Shop is located under the HDB, Normally the snaky queues are extended to the open air area.

Price
The offered pricing had beaten the competitors hands down. With this reasonable and value worth pricing without compromising its quality, at the rate of its operation, business is definitely sustainable. Although I have just learn of Baker Talent sometimes back, their breads are selling hot like pancakes, from outlets in West Area.

Recommendation / Tips
A matter of luck is required. Majority of them are buying a lot just like grabbing sales items. Breads are sold out easily.
