I would safely, say Barcook Bakery has one of the most creative flavors and best-tasting buns in Singapore. My personal favorite is the liu sha bun- a soft bun with lava- like salted egg yolk, which we normally see in baos at dim sum. I love this especially much as there is lotsa liu sha filling, which is not oily, and goes perfectly well with the soft bun! It is best eaten hot.
