Signature Dishes
Baskin Robin has introduced more than 1,000 unique and yummy Ice-cream flavours since it existed. Having 31% promotion every 31st of the month, it was a must to grab for it. Not only selling Ice-cream, they also serving cakes and milkshakes.Their signature Waffle Wonders, I was choosing Vanilla and Chocolate Ice-cream with a little cherry on top. It looked gross but it actually melts fast, I was able to take a decent shoot before it was too late. Mousse and thick chocolate glut, it tasted heavenly desired. Not too sweet, the mixture of it was surprisingly good. It was $9.50, standard price for standard Ice-cream. Even if I eat one junior cone daily, I am sure that I won’t be getting sick of it.

The staff of Baskin Robbins was quite welcoming as we approach the ice cream chiller. He took many spoonfuls filled with different flavours of ice cream for us to try. He also mentioned that it is more economical to order a big cup of 3 scoops to share between ourselves instead of buying the individuals portion.We heeded his advice and proceeded to choose 3 flavours. Selecting of flavours were make easier espcially when we have already shortlisted out from the samples we had tried instead of looking through the wide array tubs of ice cream in the chiller.We headed over to the counter for payment and noticed that balloons are available for kids.The serviettes was printed with something rhyme that goes "we dip you drip" and that sounds so true.We had picked the 3 favourite flavour and they are Strawberry, Mango and Chocolate. The ice cream were not as creamy as I thought and were very rich in each of the flavour. For example, bites of chocolate chunks could be felt as we went through the chocolate ice-cream, likewise for the fruits of mango and strawberry!Cost: S$8.00 for 3 Scoops in Cup

Went there with a couple of colleagues for their weekly "Show-pink-and-get-a-free scope" Wednesday promotion.We eventually settled for Blackberry Yoghurt and World Class Chocolate ice cream after trying out a couple of other flavours. And yes, we love their huge selection of flavours! Their ice cream is creamy and rich and best of all, it doesn't melt quickly, allowing us time to fully enjoy the pleasure of savouring comfort food!The slightly zesty taste of the Blackberry Yoghurt paired with the wickedly delicious World Class Chocolate ice cream was simply heavenly...The only pity was the mediocre service we received. The Baskin Robbins outlets are cheerfully decked out (the staff too) so that when you are having your ice-cream there, it momentaily makes you feel cheered up. And have you seen the flavours? Like cotton candyland. If I were a child, it would be paradise. They have regular promotions running too. I had the berry yoghurt flavour. It was well-balanced, neither too sour nor too sweet. Go for it!

The Novena outlet is so easily accessible, near the escalator from the MRT, the bus-stop, the entrance, I think it's a conspiracy to get all the passers-by into their shop!Indeed, it's a fuss-free affair. Just decide on the size, cup or cone, the flavour, and you're done!I had the strawberry cheese, which is all sweet and salty at once. Would definitely order it again. For all the fickle-minded people like me!
