Signature Dishes
I was walking by my all time favourite stall at Soy Eu Tua, and had Char Siew Rice ($3.50). Both the Uncle and Auntie manning the stall are very friendly. Sometimes they even memorise the first few orders accurately. Impressive. Overall the taste and fragrance is just too good. I would hope they would operate and maintain this standard for years to come. I eat this almost every week. Location-wise, careful of summon officers! The carpark is opposite across the road. Most people park illegally by the Jalan Tuakong roadside only to be chased away by the condo security guard.
