Ordered one piece of kueh ambon for tea break at $1. This has got to be one of my favourite (if not most favourite) traditional kuehs! Kueh Ambon is a type of indonesian kueh that is made from ingredients such as tapioca, coconut milk, flour, eggs.etc There were holes in the kueh and was quite dense inside. Other than the delicious kuehs, the pandan cheese cake is really nice. The pandan cake itself is just a normal sponge cake, but is very fragrant.
